There are various ways of printing patterns on clothing. Some common ones are:
1. Screen printing process: It is divided into ordinary screen printing and special screen printing. Ordinary screen printing includes water-based printing, glue-based printing, and powder-based printing. Water-based printing performs better in terms of color vividness and fidelity, but is slightly inferior in color saturation and durability compared to the other two. Glue-based printing performs better in terms of color saturation and durability, but is slightly worse in terms of line fineness and perforation spacing. Powder-based printing performs better in terms of color gradation. Special screen printing includes foaming process, flocking process, night light process, reflective process, and metallic process, which generate distinctive effects by adding special materials to the coating printing.
2. Heat transfer printing process: It adopts the production principle of digital printing, prints the printing pattern on the transfer substrate, and then adheres it to the fabric through heat pressing.
3. Embroidery process: Suitable for printing elements with Chinese style, such as logos and various decorations.
4. Digital direct printing process: The working principle is similar to a printer, can directly print the desired pattern on the clothes, the operation is simple, the feel is good, but it is not suitable for printing on dark-colored base shirts. The printing effect is better on white pure cotton base shirts, and can meet the requirements of no feel and no color difference.
In addition, there are various printing methods such as gold and silver stamping, water-based printing, fluorescent printing, and transfer printing. Each of these methods has its own characteristics, and you can choose the appropriate printing method based on specific requirements and desired effects.
